Thanks sir! And it's a functional cowl induction hood. It has 2 large vents in the rear that are connected to a tunnel that dumps out right over my CAI.

lol, yep, thanks! I must have turned back several times when I was walking away, finally said I need to take a quick pic, turned out cool!! Under the middle of the car you can see my QTP exhaust cutouts, they are pretty low, but don't hit anything, yet.
