I'm about 98% positive that is the route I'm going to go. I'm just ready to have my car done and am lacking the funds at the moment.
I also think that with the flat torque curve and the way the hp doesn't almost fall on its face after X rpm's that I will be able to beat higher hp cars in the quarter. Either before or right after the cam install I plan on getting some 3.91 gears to help get this heavy car off the line.

Too early to tell. I have yet to see someone suggest they were going to do it, then follow through. Myself included.

Maybe we can do a condensed, facts-only, summary thread once we realize it's threadworthy.
