Thanks for the pictures.
No sweat... and you gotta learn sometime... if you want to.

Do you own a jack, a couple jack stands and a few wrenches... oh and you need a hammer! I am not trying to push you to work on your own car but it gives you a sense of accomplishment and saves you some dough in the process. Most of the stuff that you did to your car I have done on mine or others and could have saved you a TON of cash. The only thing I couldnt have done is the tune. All I paid for install of on my car was the headers and I could have installed them myself but Craig has mouths to feed!

Wow, you guys are a lot of exciting things to your cars! I'm looking forward to seeing them.

My husband and brother installed my MRT v2 exhaust Sunday. It's not something I could have done myself by far, especially since it had been welded before and that made the installation a bit more challenging. I at least knew what parts and tools to hand them when they asked. Wow, does it sound great! It's a lot louder inside the car than I expected based on the videos, but outside was exactly what I thought it would be.

Actually I think you guys are all passing me up on the HP. I hope we have a good turn out this weekend at Cincy Speed-a-palooza so I can check out everyone's car.

Darin plans on going to CincySpeed on Saturday. He wants to redyno the car at a cooler temp. Plus he's looking forward to meeting everyone.

I'm not thrilled about spending money. I just think it's rude for me to assume that it's ok to ask someone to work on my car for free. You are a busy person, I'm a busy person. Neither of us has gobs of time to work on my car. I've never done this kind of work myself and I don't want to mess up my car. If someone is kind enough to offer to help me do the work so I can learn, I'm happy to learn. I'm not lazy nor rich. I just know my own personal limits of knowledge and physical abilities.

I'm willing to pay someone and not feel like I'm taking advantage of their good will. It's a matter or being practical.

More people need to be like this!!

SWEET!!! Do you guys think 150 Hamburgers and 150 Hot Dogs will be enough?
I would advise everyone to get here early for the better parking spots. We will probably be spread out all over Vine St.

We should have a couple Edelbrock SC Camaros here, at least (1) D1SC procharged Camaro, and quite a few Cam'd Camaros. I hope to see you all here!!

Qwkss, It starts at 9:30, right? Is that early enough, or is 9ish better? I'll make sure Darin brings the Flip camera. I want videos of the cars, since I'm not going. I would, but it's not really a place I can bring our youngest daughter to. However, I'm sure my oldest will beg to go with Daddy. She's becoming quite the little car aficionado.

Its hard to tell tone and intent from a post so I can see where you are coming from.

If I owned a business that worked on cars I would be thrilled if people chose to pay me instead of having the work done for free.

wow, I better bring an appetite!! That is a lot of FOOD!! You can feed about 200-250 people with that. Well, looking at the size of jrhaus, he eats like a kids meal, so that doesn't really count.

Oooooh, can't wait to see some of those cars on the dyno.

you can put a special cone out in front for "Indy Parking". Hold my spot.

Yes, me and the true owner/operator will be making the trip to Cincy. We kind of made it official today, through work emails, about the weekend, so we will be there. I always look to speak with you and see all the new stuff on your CGM. ..oh yeah, we CGM people rock. The Ohio crowd is pretty cool to hang with.

of course, without the cool rims.. still working that out. The wrong one will be picked up tomorrow, and once received, the "correct" one shipped.

150 Hamburgers and 150 Hot Dogs should be plenty. With that said I am not sure just how many portly people will be there. Does the Mustang crowd know about this?

Yep, two Edelbrocks, one with an ugly stock air intake and hopefully one with a shiny Roto-Fab.

I have offered and please do not take what I said as a diss! I am sorry if you took it that way. I am pretty much out of the free mod business for more reasons than one but I would help in certian instances.
