And, once again, thanks to Todd Crosby for his assistance and support... he put up with a rabid R6P Early Order guy for 10 days shy of nine months, as we both waited for the car to get here!

PS - yes, those are builds slips and paperwork from Oshawa tucked into the door. I also found a Canadian coin on the floor of the car, behind the passenger seat. Not going to dwell on how that got there.. I now consider it a good luck charm that will always be with the car.

I thought it was yours actually... so I asked about it. No such luck though, sorry. As soon as I said that I thought I knew the girl that was getting it, they chimed in to let me know it was going to their service manager.

I asked about the ABM. It was a pre-order where the owner backed out/couldn't get financing. So, the service manager bought it.

THANKS ALL!! I am nearing 200 miles now... what an awesome, awesome pleasure ride it's been thus far. First day with it at work today, I spent more time taking people to look at the car than I did working at my desk! hahaha.

Cannot wait for Sunday, when the Trop-Care owner comes over to help me "make ready" the car. I am still driving around with plastic everywhere and dirt on the car.... but man oh man, do I have some great places picked out for pictures once she's done!!

man i'm getting really jealous damn i want my car.Eric,Joe,gary somebody OK so ya can't make my car just appear out of thin air but "damn it jim" tell me where i'm at. the local dealer got their allocation car today which is his car, #09999 damn i was hoping to beat him. He's 5 k over on all camaro orders see my sig i'm going 660 miles to stop that kinda crap

I know how anxious you feel.....I was being pretty patient until the past few days.....now everyday goes by so slowly and I take my phone everywhere with me just in case I get 'the call'. Today I even counted the days since I ordered.....233 days......:upset:

Thanks, all! I passed 200 miles today... break-in period is on track to be done just in time for the son's and my trip to Rushmore... 9 states, 7 days, 3,026 miles.

I am beaming... here's a couple of more pics. I didn't realize until after I got home that the F-Stop setting was incorrectly set, so these aren't as good as they should be (hence the graininess)!.. It's okay though, hahaha, just an excuse to go take more pics (oh yeah, the car still hasn't had a real cleaning yet.. so apologies for the graininess *and* the dirt)!

Beautiful color. It looks great with the stripes. My window sticker popped up today so I'm hoping that's a really, really good sign and I'll have some pics to share soon too. Time to bug Eric.
