OK - was searching for a place to discuss the Mods I have done to my 2014 SS/RS Vert and found this - while bone stock is nice - its not for me - I want mine to be "Mine" so I have (1) replaces OEM wheels with FR Style 41's 20x10 all around (now I can rotate and they look AWESOME), (2) put some side vent decal on (looks nice), (3) bought a used Borla Touring cat back - realized after install that Borla did not sell the touring for 14/15 because they could not get resonance out due to variable cam design, had my buy install some resonators just before the mufflers - sound is not PERFECT in my view - not obnoxiously loud - but it is no longer SILENT (L99 with AFM), (4) due to Borla, purchased a used RANGE device to cancel AFM - waiting for drivetrain warranty to pass before I get a Diable, (5) just added a Cold Air Inductions intake - now the mild growl from the Borla is matched by a growl under the hood when I open it up - sounds GOOD and (6) last but not least, put LED's in the cab, trunk, anywhere I did not already have them. Stock is nice if you think in 30-40 years you will get big $ for a car that is all original, but for me, I plan to drive the crap out of this car, and if something wears out, rebuild or replace. Saving my money for a Heartbeat supercharger - but the wife wants a new master bathroom - I might get out-voted! whatever you have - enjoy it - I enjoy the shit out of mine!!!!!

My 15 1le is 100% bone stock, not even a fuse pull for the npp. The plan was to get headers and a few other things however as long as i owe money on it I refuse to spend money on "fun" stuff since the car is cool enough

Mines 100% bone stock, 32k miles with factory tires at around 40% tread left and even the roller skate break pads are at around 50%. My 1st change will be the rear tires and thatll be coming up soon. Wanting to do a few interior & exterior mods. Maybe a performance mod or 2. As with most others who are truly 100% stock...reason is warranty.

Mine is 100% stock drivetrain-wise except for a catch can which I think is beneficial to D.I. engines. I also have some minor appearance mods. However, everything can be returned to 100% pure stock in about 10 minutes for the Barrett-Jackson auction in 2065.

I don't have any performance mods because none that I can find are CARB legal. I know some will say I can always swap it come smog time, but I chose to live in California (family from Illinois) so I will play by their rules. And yes, I also do have a front license plate.

Performance wise, my car is bone stock. Just been taking care of the cosmetic stuff first. Not planning on anything major performance wise. Maybe just a CAI and an axle back.
