I hear the brake pedal is the real hard part -- need to put it in an oven @ 200* for 10 minutes in order for it to slip over the pedal area...

that'll be fun...

These are on their way -- just couldn't help myself -- just love the ZL1 Staggered look:

Have a TON of other mods to do -- ABL's, Hex Vents (in RJT), Pro Customs Head Light covers (RJT with trim color!), B&M Trans Dip Stick, ZL1 Auto Pedals...

Gotta keep busy!

I'm in town this weekend and hope to have those installed. I liked the SS but LOVE the ZL1s -- not concerned about the whole 'poser' thing ;o).

Lots going on...

Thanks and I hope to see everyone soon...

Let's plan for a day next week. I have a lot going on this week at work, and stuff planned for the weekend.

So that means we're guaranteed a table by the stairs right Red?

I understand that this Bone Daddy location is convenient for some of us, but not the case for everyone who has joined in on the fun recently, so let's get some input from everyone on the east side of the big airport for meet-n-greet locations. This doesn't always have to be a lunch meet deal, and as anyone who has read through this thread's history will see, this chapter of C5 is open to any suggestions for places to meet and things to do. TBH I haven't handled the heat of this summer too well so I've been somewhat reluctant to push many activities that include standing around in the sun. As far as racing, my ride's not track ready yet so I'm going to continue to set funds aside for gears and suspension mods. That doesn't mean though that I'm not open for spectating at the track (No interest whatsoever though in Yellow Belly)

BTW, it doesn't look like I'm going to make the Fall Nat's, so my ticket is available. PM me if you want the ticket for a bargain price.

I work in Carrollton so in between would be great but if the majority work near that Bone Daddy's, the drive isn't so bad for me. Since Red already knows all the fine ladies there, probably the better spot to go :-). LOL

Man that has been a huge headache and nightmare

Wheels got repaired but in a metallic finish and all wheels out of balance, scratches on my hood where the tech was using my car to write on his forms, dent above my wheel well where they put pressure I guess while taking the wheel off and also they scratched the new painted wheels again.

Goodyear wants me to let them have it for two days to make it all right but I'm terrified of using them again and they aren't giving me much of an option. Manager is a super nice guy but their shop guys suck. Manager is asking for another chance to make it. I have decided on whether to stick with the metallic or let them correct it.

I had the wheels rebalanced at classic and the scratch is on the inside so right now everything is fine if I can deal with the metallic finish instead of satin. Just worried of more issues with GY
