lol.
All BS aside, Lots o' little things are still not delivered from a couple vendors, and by the time I figure out how to make it work, it'll be April-May. It's not going to be a KB Mammoth ( as much as I'd like to...maybe later), just some tweaks to make the car more to my liking and not so plain-GM-Jane this year. Once I get it paid down enough, THEN the fun will really begin!!

Okay, I'll wait for the details

Happy building "Sir Michael Caine"

I went with the Pedders Xa struts, bars and bushings. I'm using a few sets of Pfadt bushings too. Also Spohn rear trailing arms and toe links.

The potential of the 3.6 is crazy wild..up to 20+ pounds of boost. After researching it I am not sure I could strap that bad boy on and feel comfortable leaving it turned way down. I have less wall left since I bored to 4080...you have a deeper stroke with 4.1 inch rods....I think steel sleeves and 4.0 rods would be needed to handle what that 3.6 can give and so many other things along the way. Prob 6 bolt heads and other things..

I dont want to talk you out of anything but just expressing my gut and knowing how I am. Would I be able to leave the boost sub 10lbs? I dont think so..Its probably a good thing my edelbrock is maxed out.

But with that said....That 3.6 pretty much made me slobber all over my keyboard again last night.

I agree the 3.6 may be more than I need. The 2.8 has tons of potential already! I'll have to see what Clint is thinking on the hood and dtermine how much self control I have to keep the 3.6 dialed down to the build in progress. The 4.1 stroke is probably going to keep me in check!

Working on a sunday

SO.. Got a baseline done on the project "QUICK CONQUEROR" Today

Current mods are, Borla Catback, Cold Air Intake, Hand Held Tuner.

1st pull with Engine cool 380RWHP 384 RWTQ
2nd pull with Engine at 210 Deg. 367 RWHP and 376 RWTQ Loss of 13hp and 8tq.
So got a solid average of 373 RWHP and 380 RWTQ

Next dyno will be with the 427 Installed.

Well you are putting headers and High flo cats on right? that will put your stock 376 at 405 across the board HP and Torque.
then the rotating assembly and 427 should put you at 495 rwhp and 525 torque. Throw some E85 at it and you will be at 525 rwhp and 557 Torque.

What will I win?
