Oh, that's a good question. I don't know what type of prep would go into re-painting a block. I think the orange would definately be a statement when you pop the hood! hmmm....

It's not a bare block. It will have dowels and pins. crank, rods, pistons, bearings... fully assembled and balanced.

IPS will install the cam, heads, timing set, etc. AND of course, the twins!

yep... my point was that it's not a bare block. It'll have been assembled (for the most part) before it arrives.
