Buddy of mine left me with his 2010 Pace Car which is cammed by Norris Motorsport here in Indy. It's a stage 3 with a 3200 stall. It's a beast. Last year at IMS when nothing was going on in the dead still of April he was asked to fire it up behind the Pagoda and you would have thought NASCAR had arrived. It's a beast!

Last drop, my other buddy Ken came by just after getting his cam done at Cincy Speed and before I went to Hoosier Street Cars to get mine done. His is a stage 3 Ls3 headers and straight pipes.

I agree totally, it sounds horrible. Old carb cars did not do thi,s the idle was just erratic not blap, blap, blap, blap and so on. Something with the computer trying to correct I assume.

Somebody that's in the know explain this please. I'd really like to know what causes the chop and can it be tuned out with idle adjustment or other ways.
