I'm stuck at the parade of homes the next two weekends. I put a car lift in my garage and was going to put my Camaro up on the lift but the Home Builders Association has an arrangement with Northpark so I couldn't. We put one of Northparks Porsches up on the lift with a Miata underneath. I think the Camaro would have got more attention but oh well.

Alright, let's hear all the excuses now

We got a light rain and got to watch Darryl (I'm pretty sure I'm not spelling that right) use his super rag to dry off his white car once the raining stopped. Steve got there a little late and cut out a little early. Pete was there early and stayed 'til the end. The whole place cleared out as soon as there was a little precipitation.

I'm tired now.

Yup...like Justin said...highlight of the nite was watching Darrel (sp?) take "The Absorber" to his Summit white after the light rain we got.

I've got to say, though...it sure looked nice when he was all done! Glad to have your company tonite gents! We had Justin (Skooter), Darrel (Summit), Steve (Koolwip), and a new young pup, Brandon, an F-Body Assn. guy who didn't know about Camaro5 (he does now!).

Well, after the rain, it cleared up really nice and the roads dried out just fine, so all lived happily ever after!

The rest of ya'll need to come out and brave what, in Texas, passes for rain and get some more Camaro talk going...

So Van, DLS (I know, Parade of Homes), L1onel, R3dHot, AquaBlue, Tag, Legend (I know, car still with RK Sport), Jewelz...let's see you at Biff's next week! We need to fill up that Camaro row early!

Whew...ok, I'm tired now, too! G'Nite!

I don't get off work till late on Fridays...as much as I'd like to be there. By the time I rolled by there on the way home there were like 2 cars there.

Man...

I was sitting in non-stop rain from 8pm to 10pm when I rolled back to the sub....and Biffs was just right up the road! I was at Broadway and 410 and it continued to rain, then drizzle, then rain, then drizzle, then a light rain....for TWO HOURS. When I got back to the sub off Jones, all the streets were wet and I was thinking to myself (since I was actually going to have PLENTY of time to go out there) that the rain, I was SURE, scared everyone away.

For crying out loud...............

See.....now I AM ticked. I REALLY want to see a white SS.....GRRRR
(and I even put the lawn chair in the trunk too.....)

Hey Van...yep...there were two 2SS still there and my 02 Z28. We were there until just after 11 PM.

Tag, I think Darrel (Darryl? well...Summit) left right at about 10:45 PM. Sorry you missed him...you'll need to check out the brushed aluminum bowtie insert he did for under the hood. Looks pretty sweet!
