The more I see that paint scheme the more I like it. Now I would just have to figure out the correct second tone for an IOM/??? two tone paint scheme ...

i think you need a nice hand painted pinstripe to finish it off. perhaps in a purple of some sort.

The car looks wet, your man knows how to lay it down. I've got a question for you/him ? This pic of your car in the booth and the floor is wetted down. Is that to clean the floor from the last job or to keep the dirt/dust down while painting? I see that it's dry by the time the car is taped, was it wetted back down before the paint went on ?

That booth has an air suction system, when you are painting all the air gets sucked into that green filter infront of the car.

yes, the floor was re-wetted down before the silver was applied, and then before the pink was applied, and then before the clear was applied

I tried to tell the painter who painted my 69 that, I got "thats old school the down draft will keep all the dust down", NOT. thanks, glad to see old school still around your car does look good,

Pink your car turned out beautiful! I really like the floormats too. Nicely done...Pink cars are so underappreciated! My first car was pink and I still hear grief about it! Your car makes me want another pink car....and I am too old to pull it off anymore!
