I will be doing this to my car. But I might pay a shop for it. Don't want to mess it up. Just for them to do the cut on the hood. I can do the rest.

Cutting the hood is the easiest part. It cuts like paper. The layout and finish work is what takes the most time. Feel free to ask questions, many members are willing to help. We each have a little different way of doing it.

I was thinking about doing this but ended up ordering a z force instead. If i would have i was planning on making a flanged insert out of angle iron to sandwich the hood between it and the vent.
