But i'm not sure how it's all set up and also it's up to you guys if you all want to sit down and eat. I'm just pumped to get to the track.
Yes they do serve hot dogs, hamburgers, and brats outside along with beer and sodas. We went down a couple weeks ago. The parking was FULL by the time we got there so I would suggest getting there ASAP. Of course we can't get there until 7 if things go well. Mark us as attending, but not racing.

Charlie, Just to give you a heads up on the Hudsons get together, the last couple ones I went to they had a grill cooking burgers outside. If you all want to park together you need to get there as soon as you can. It fills fast. They have the car ports you can park under and they go fast. Just depending on how large your group is going to be. There are cars there by 5, getting the good spots.

Ah man, you guys don't know what you are missing by sitting out the racing part. As long as you watch the wheel hop, it is perfectly safe for you and your car. Nothing quite like that seat of the pants felling you get when you turn the beast loose and let her run.

Guess what I should have said is I will be doing the test and tune part, but I won't necessarly be "racing". I am pretty sure I have eliminated the wheel hop, but I still have not completely fixed the lack of traction issue. May be the stock tires, not too sure lol.

LOL, I am in the same boat. I have yet to run with this new tranny, and have like four runs on the rest of the latest setup. I am still a long way from being able to run in the brackets.
I do love being able to run it against the clock. I know I have clutch problems coming, the current twin disk is not going to hold up long.

Yeah, I kinda figured that. I say let's just wing it and see what happens cause it will be very difficult for us all to there anytime before 6pm as some of the guys drive from Cruces and Alamogordo. Maybe one of these day we should try to get a Camaro gathering there like once a month with all generations of Camaros together. You know, like Camaro5 and El Paso F-Body and do our own little show and grub, because I've never been to this thing that Hudson's has and don't really know how old school some of the rides get. It's just a thought and a working progress on this idea, but I want to see how everything is laid out at Hudson's before taking steps at that.

Alright guys let's try this agian. On Friday, June 29th we will be having another gathering, thi stime at Hudson's Bar & Grill at 1770 Lee Trevino El Paso, TX. Every last Friday there's a car show per says where folks bring their rides and show em off while the folks at Hudson's grill burgers and hot dogs outside, so this would be a cool event to just cruise to, hang out and grab some grub while we're at it. Then afterwards we will take a 2nd shot at hitting up the tracks in Clint since last week we had to cancel because of the crazy weather that came roaring in that night. Then after the drags, what say we roll down to Dunkin Dounuts for a late night treat because they're open 24hrs., Yum! So let's shoot at a 6:30/7pm meet time, maybe we can even meet at a designated location and have all of the joining Camaro5 family and friends roll in all together before getting to Hudson's. I will get to restaurant an hour early to see about getting a table reserved for us, so by the time everyone arrives we won't have to be waiting anymore than 15min to be seated, and remember, patience is a virtue folks. With the time that it took for us to be seated, order and get our food, it shouldn't take more than 1.5 hours to be done at Hudsons to eat. Again, it costs $20 to run the tracks all night and $5 to watch/spectate. So let's get the list going again on who will be joining that night.

Members Attending:
Char1ieone (LC) drag
Viper1cobra (EP)
K1SSRSS (LC)
Son of Viper1cobra (EP)
danvillekid (Alamogordo)
mws444 (EP) drag
I'm going to go
It'll be the last weekend I get to hang out with y'all for awhile
Which is why I'm going
Not sure about my Sister though
