We are targeting a specific number. Hopefully they let us make multiple passes without a roll bar. About 30 minutes from the track and my truck is saying its 89 out hope it cools down when it gets dark.

cool with lots of humidity is good for low #'s. That's what makes DENSE air..

Though without a roll cage paul, you'll probably only get one attempt.

Speed, so glad to see you up and having fun again! I think you'll LOVE that gear. I know I do. Are you planning to go to SEMA again this year? RS and I have been talking about it, especially since I didn't get to go last year.:( Have fun at the track this weekend> We're heading out to our track this weekend also.




And Paul, all I can say is I've got my READY. and when are you gonna put a roll cage in?

2010 - I really like the feel of the 3.70 so far. It feels a lot better in 3rd and 4th gear compared to the old gears. My cousin is getting everything ready for SEMA this year, so it looks like we should be going again. Let me know if you guys decide to go, we will have to meet up again!! I am looking forward to the track tomorrow

I totally agree! I love 3rd gear especially. Just wait till you get to experience it at the track. Have fun! I think we're about 90% sure we're going to Sema also. RS has been getting the e-mails. So 570 is going too, and MWS was talking about it. Anyone else? Maybe we can have a LPE/SEMA meet, that would be too cool. Of course you're invited too Pete.

What days are we talking about? Early November is in the heat of the pecan season for me. I can probably work it out but I will have to work while I am out there. As long as I have my cell and laptop I can work. I just entered into a joint venture in Mexico and it will increase my volume about 30 million pounds, so it will be busy. I will also need someone to hook me up with some tickets.

2010, how was the track? Did RS make it out there with you? I hope I can sneak up there again, maybe before I get too busy.

Third gear with that rear end ratio would be awesome on Sandia!
Think Pete would miss Sema? I wonder what LPE has planned?

Man today was great. Today was all about why we all work SO hard to buy these AWESOME cars so we can get out and PLAY!!!! We are also having a big meet and greet tomorrow followed by a big car show, so RS worked a little today, so he can go play tomorrow. SEMA is Nov 1st thru 5th, so mark your calendars. I got a lot of great instruction today, and my head is swimming. Jim even helped me figure out my 60ft time issues. He is truly and amazing teacher. Here are a couple pics from today. No action shots today though.

Fill me in on the 60' tricks! I really need help in that department.
Only problem with the working to buy these cars is we work 95% of the time.
I guess more work than play is a good thing, untill they start taxing us more than we get to keep then I will slow down.

I took my little man and two of his cousins shooting today, they shot three different pistols, four rifles and a shotgun. It was fun but it cant hardly compare to pulling 1g+ in a corner on a perfect line!
I really have to hit the track again before the storm at work hits.
