So I "accidentally" purchased a Vmax TB tonight . Do any of you guys have one, I did not have a chance to research them much cuz it was such a good deal.

Supposedly better throttle response with the added benifit of a few hp and ft lbs of torque. I remember porting the one on my 94 Z28 and it made a huge difference in the trottle response, but I never dynoed it or anything like that.

Too bad it won't be shipped out till tomorrow, I would have installed it at the track and did some comparison runs.

C5F3 needs to get here so I stop spending money on the car lol.

Man it's quiet in here today, everybody must be working their butts off to try and get out of work on time. Does anybody want to meet at the McDonalds by PanAm at 5:30 to head over to Hudsons. I know 1 other person and myself are planning on leaving at 5:30, but I think we will just head over if nobody else wants to meet up at 5:30.

I have one! Although I can't vouch for the HP or torque improvements since I only did a baseline in Indy and nothing since, I can say it did improve the throttle response. I got mine for $150 installed, what did you get it for?

I picked it up for $175, but that included shipping and I don't have to send mine back as a core.

Haha, I didn't even think about that and I work here on campus, but I think that plan is scratched anyway, I have not heard back from anybody, so I guess we will just see everyone at Hudson's.

Looks like there is going to be a decent Density Altitude at the track tonight, I don't know if my calculations are correct, but it seems like it should be like were running at 2800-3000 ft above sea level rater than the 3600 the track actually sits at.

Edit*** Scratch that I totally messed up the calculations it looks like the DA at the track currently works out to 7629 and won't come down much by tonight, our cars are gonna be sucking air through a straw .
