I got a speeding ticket on 670 here in columbus about a month ago and the cop wrote me a ticket for not having my front license plate mounted. It was a $116 fine for the plate....not so much $300. I got pulled over last week near Dublin for not having the front plate, but the officer kept complementing my car and gave me two months to have it mounted before I would could get another fine.
I'm looking into getting a hideaway mount that retracts under the bumper with the push of a button on your key...Gary has one and showed me at the Stainless Works car show. Said it was only $200 to buy and have mounted |

Still no front plate on the Malibu, still don't plan on drilling through the bumper to get the bracket on. I don't even remember where we threw the bracket.

I let my oldest (15 yr old son) drive the Camaro today. Took him to a parking lot of an empty store. First time behind the wheel of any car. He stalled it a few times and squealed the tires after shifting into 2nd the first time. Did OK on his second time shifting into 2nd. After that, he was done. He gets nervous real easy and I saw his left leg shaking lol. But I think he enjoyed it.

No one answered my previous question as to what exactly happens during the "battle" at one of these Camaros vs. Mustang/Vette events. Is it judging cars against each other?
