Well I'm gonna run 6 miles tonight... then another on Friday... That way I should break about even....

That's my strategy as well. I did 3 miles last night, will do 4 tonight, and 4 again on Friday, and that should hopefully put me close to burning off all those calories!

I've been hitting it hard 6 days a week and a power stretch on the 7th...I think I am going to work out again today...stress relief
