There are so many gray areas on the subject. Such like, if you shoot and kill someone in self defense, you're pretty much screwed (may not get a 100% jail sentence, but you're more than likely going to get charged with something and have to deal with months and months of crap over it) unless you can prove that person was a threat, and in some cases, that's not even good enough: http://misguidedchildren.com/justice...th-murder/6028
