Hey Bud glad to hear you had a great Thanks Giving Holiday and enjoyed the Pumpkin Ale. Next year were going to brew our own Pumpkin Ale, research is on going.

Bruce , thanks for the offer , as you are well aware I'm boat crazy and feel these Chris's and Shadows are the first real high speed roughwater cats ! To me it's the COPO Camaro of the marine world .
Here are some action shots and a change of pace for the C5 guys .
I'm going to toss up some shots of the reconstruction process when I can figure out how to pull shots from the galleries my boat builders sent . We went all vaccuum bagged foam , epoxy then detailed and clear coated the entire inside grid work and bulkheads shedding almost 500 lbs in the process . It's a work of art for what it is .
I just sold my 42 Fountain , will play with the Chris for a while but plan on a cat like yours in a couple or few years . Hopefully when I'm prepared there will be a nice pre-owned out there at a fair price .
I'm looking forward to hopefully meeting you at one of the Offshore races next season .
Keep up the good work on all your fronts .
Awesome pics of the Chris Cat. It is always such a rush flying across wave tops. I bet you blew through a few drives during your racing days...

Thank you and you nailed it . A rush !!! For sure .
Actually the #5's held up well as did the engines . Reliability was pretty good as long as they received the appropriate between race maintenance .

Looks like next week I'm headed to Jannetty for a dyno tune on the new stroker engine . I hope we did a good job and all goes well .
I'm feverishly trying to catch up with you , Brandi and a few others .
Did you know Bob was contemplating a 200+ mph run ? Nuts I say , I mean in a boat no problem but in a car ? C'mon man .
Good luck you crazy guys .

Glad to hear that the #5's held out. A lot is how you throttle. Have seen people just destroy #6's on a race-by-race basis. Just hammering them in rough water until they break.

Glad to hear you are taking your Camaro up for a tune. That will make all the difference in the world and you can sneak up on an optimal tune SAFELY...

As far as Robert - Going 200 mph with the windows down, the tunes blasting and a stuffed pig on the dash - hey just like a boat...

We were in Key West from Nov 10-14 and had a blast. It was our 3rd trip down there and we can't wait to go back. We didn't know it was the Offshore World Finals race week so that was an added bonus those boats are killer.

Just wanted to send a special shout out to GTAHVIT for getting me an entry pass into the PRI show this year. That show is always crazy-cool.

...and a big thanks to Pete for his hospitality at the Pedders booth as well as great conversations about both present things and the 'art of the possible'. You have a great team there Pete !!

Glad the show was such a success for you.

Was at PRI show in Orlando yesterday with Tom Nelson. They are going to button things up. The transmission arrived from Bowler. They will get stuff installed and then Mark will do final checks/install/programming. Then final road testing. Then back east. Don't know exact dates because of the Christmas season but I am sure it will be in the driveway right after the first of the year.
