think so...5th GEN? I'm going with my sis & taking my niece & nephew to Geneva for the day & then I'm going to leave early to hear over...looks like I'll be up at 6am washing the car...ugh

Anybody doing anything this Friday evening?

I've been almost out of the country (northern Minnesota) on a fishing vacation and am totally out of the loop on what everybody's been up to. Merlin hasn't been outta the garage since a road trip to an Alabama wedding almost 3 weeks ago. The weather is supposed to be perfect!

And I got the high-flow cats installed today too. Yes, Kelly had to help - she held the flashlight while I was reinstalling the heat-shields.

Awesome! Can't wait to hear it! How does it sound? Does it seem more responsive? With the V6 the actual HP gains are pretty low b/c the engine is pretty maxed out as is but I am betting it responds better at the low end. Now you need that short shifter and a spoiler and your good to go!

Glad to have you back! Been a while since we've heard from you.

We're heading to Louisville Friday. Dropping off the camaro at the shop on the way in Cincy to get some more parts installed.

I went to this last year: Trans Am Nationals It starts Friday down at the Marriott in Dayton again. Very impressive collection of Firebirds/TA's etc. Over 400 last year, mostly 1st and 2nd generations. Brought back good memories of all the Firebirds I used to drive.

I went 2 years ago (or maybe 3) and wanted to go again last year but other things came up. Hoping to go again this weekend, but kids have soccer games.

Sounds pretty good from inside the car - especially from about 3500-redline. Need to have Kelly take off down the road so I can hear it from outside.

I wasn't expecting much of a HP gain since I already have the Injen and I think the Injen already improved the throttle response, so I really only gained a better sound - maybe a few more ponies on the top-end.

I told Kelly not to let me spend anymore on the car until next year, but she said "what about the spoiler?" Hopefully, I get to go to the F-body summit in September and get to see a variety up there so I can decide what I like. I keep waffling and changing my mind like a, um, uh, nevermind.
