lol it got really long this post, the only reason why i didnt get the SS is because my insurance company wanted to raid me from rought 3,000 a year to 10,000 a year with the camaro ss and only to 5,000 a year with the 2lt, so you can see where my mind was....

Good God, those are awful rates! How old are you? Do you have a beat up driving record? I'm insured with Allstate and paying 85 bucks a month for my fully loaded '11 2LT. Allstate aren't what they used to be, but at least it isn't through a broker and Dick and Jane's Insurance....

Shop around for a new insurance company, man!

Good Lord. Shop around. You might save yourself a TON of money...unless you just have a horrible record or something.

Yeah, no kidding. And by the way Vgav, this thread has nothing to do with that other thread started by that V8 owner. I've noticed you posting the similar repsonses in other V6 threads and it makes no sense to what is being discussed in the thread.

But anyways, even though there'll only be two model years of the Camaro with the LLT engine, I don't think after-market companies would drop the LLT for the LFX right away. They'll have to learn the querks of that engine and it's ECM if it's any different from the one that is currently in our cars, so there will be lag in availability of products for that engine like there was for the LLT in the beginning.
