My SS was 4040 with me in it and 3/4 tank of 93.

It’ll be heavier now with the ProCharger D1X and all now. I bet 100 lbs easy.

Yes, on my car anyways. the TCM needed to be reflashed to a ZL1 file matching the year of the transmission. Then you can tune it as before.
Mine was 3880 with 1/4 tank of fuel last time when we had the alum block and the 17" wheels.ZL1 diff.
I haven't checked it again with the LSX block yet.

I was told I could swap my 6L80 TCM in to the 6L90.

Can you confirm that works?

Same TCM yes, but the file itself is different(my case it was anyways) I just brought(towed) my car to the dealer and told them to reflash the TCM to a ZL1 file from the same year as the transmission,Mine is a 2013 model,so I used a 2013 ZL1 Vin number,the tech needs to put a vin number to reflash.Think 2012-2015 would also work if they use the same TCM module.Once the tech reflashed it,I drove it home.

This one is the same, just without fans.

I definitely measured right because that Holley oil cooler fits in there like a glove on top of the Stage 2 ProCharger intercooler!

The fans are tucked in nicely on the backside of the cooler.

This was probably one of the most expensive trans cooler setups I could have chosen, but I think it'll payoff in the end.

It won't over cool in the winter cold months with the thermostat and it'll definitely keep it cool in the heat.

Ran in to a snag...

Was under the impression that the ZL1 and CTSV cross members bolt hole locations were the same, but they’re not!

The CTSV tail has the mount holes farther back, so now we have to fab up a mount to make it work.

Not even sure if we’ll be able to make the driveshaft loop work now.

I’m over at a buddy’s and we are gonna cut your transmission/mounting plate on his plasma table so it’s 100% and if anyone needs one later down the road they will be available.

Probably spent way more time than I should have on this but it fits beautifully and it is serviceable so it uses the stock mounts no modifications.

If something breaks it can be replaced and this piece swaps right over.
