Yes the phone is jailbroken and I make my own themes. A jailbroken phone is a fun phone.

I need to get a proclip for my Garmin. On my RX-8, I just removed the ashtray (about where the 4pack of gagues is on a Camaro) and used the suction cup to stick the nav to the floor of the car, and it filled the whole perfectly. On my pickup, I just stuck it to the windsheild. But neither are options for the camaro so I need the clip. So it's $30 + $30. The reason I'm posting is because I'm wondering if anyone has a coupon code? $60 is a lot of money for a clip

I thought the same thing when I bought mine. But, when you realize they have to be made specifically for each vehicle, I figure they must have a pretty high up-front investment in developing each one. They did have 10% off in December for the holiday shopping season, but I've never seen any other discount on proclips.

BTW, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install and how sturdy it is. Also, it looks great and is completely removable. I'd buy it again - in fact, I did because I got another set for my Toyota Highlander as well as for my Camaro.

just curious, is the phone easy to reach in that position? It seems very far away. Ive been pondering where to stick my iphone since i got the car. I would love to just stick it in the console and control it via the HU but the interface needs a lot of work and is just not really usable with the iphone/ipod touch.

ive been thinking about making a flush mount in the cupholder area but then i would loose both cup holders.

The clip does not work with a case on it. I have mine on the console with a power cord to the center console. It is in a great place to touch to dial and monitor my GPS.
This is a great mount, firm and still has power.

I have the center console clip for my Garmin now. Its to the right of my shifter. Works perfectly. Really expensive, but works perfectly.

Called the company the other day. If you buy their Adjustable holder, then that will work perfectly with a case.

Wow this is a great find! Seems pricey but it's the only thing I've seen that can hold the iPhone in the right position without having to remove my case. Also should be simple to hide the USB cable underneath the console too.

Does anyone happen to know if the TomTom GPS holder will work with Navigon? My GPS signal is pretty horrible sometimes and I'm wondering if the TomTom GPS boost is worth it, and if it would also work with other GPS apps such as Navigon.
