Hey! Still here. Almost 10K on our new car. Still rubbing on the back trim but nothing too bad so far.

The frames are usually assembled a day or so before the car is completed. Since mine was made on a Friday and late in the day, over the weekend they probably didn't work, and may not have made it to the plant until Monday. I will ask Becky, but since it was a dealer transfer she may not be able to get it.

Had my fourth top installed a few months ago, new water bag after the previous one flooded my passenger rear floor and the fifth bow way back when it was only a few months old. Warranty extended a couple of years. Waiting for top down weather to see if this "fix" works

Still got her. Everything seems to be fine although top has not been down since Nov and car is safely tucked in the ''nursery''. Hope I didn't just jinx myself!

I'm still around and still waiting for a true fix before I run the gauntlet of getting the top replaced. The last 'tape' service bulletin seemed to slow the rub marks in my case. However they still owe me a top.

I got my build sheet today, according to it my car was split built between Friday August 26 2011 and Monday August 29 2011.
So much for never buying a car built on a Friday or Monday, mine was built on both!!! But so far it's been trouble free.

dealership told me today that the reason for the abrasion on my top fabric is a screw thats holding something down. They think it's rubbing on the screw & GM told them to file the screw down, then replace the top fabric. Anyone remember this being an issue? I thought it was just from the fabric rubbing on the back well when the top is down.

What he said ^^^ that is the original rub mark issue. The flapping on the back is with the "redesigned" and "improved" top.

I still have my vert. They replaced my top in Aug 12. I use my top every chance I get. Probably a few hundred cycles on the new corded top. I have the "V" marks again but much lighter than before and the corded top is so much quieter than the original. Absolutely love the car. They never replaced my water management bag but I have had no problems with it. It poured here for the last week and all the water was on the outside like it should be. I need to treat the fabric I got the stuff sitting on my tool box, just need to get on it.
