I've heard the fins on a Heartbeat are rather heavy and over 4000 rpms you get a lot of belt slip.

I am going to be junking the stock SS accessories/pulleys setup and changing over to a 8 rib configuration on a LSA setup with an upgraded tensioner and griptech pulley to combat any slippage.

I hope that 8 rib works out for you.

You and I both! Lol. If not I’ll change it out for a 10. But Andy at ADM says it’ll spin without slipping.

I considered going solid but ended up going with the ZL1 motor mounts after doing some research.

What made you want to do ZL1 mounts instead of solids?

Have heard mixed reviews about the solid mounts. Trusting GM’s engineering on this one.. The ZL1 mounts were engineered with consideration of the impact (Both weight and Addtional motor movements) caused by the blower.. I’ll wait for further reviews by fellow C5 members switching to Solids before changing over.

Yes, stock Block. Considered going to an Iron but won’t be necessary.. And no, I am going to be running a 103MM Nick Williams Boosted.
