I thought that the sidemarkers were required to be reflective, and that the reflective qualities must be seen from a certain distance?

Michigan law: Signal or lamps indicating intention to turn capable of being seen and distinguished for a distance of 100 feet during the daytime and nighttime to both the front and rear, red in color to the rear, white or amber color to the front, red or amber in color if visible to the side. Section:257.25B, 257.697 & 257.698

These would look awesome as long as they are legal for distance. I looked at mine this morning and thought it would be cool to have the LED lighting for markers. Need to verify how far of a distance one can see the reflective lens. And then there is the cost factor too.

Yea the AAC ones look great but $200 for clear and over $100 for some of the paint options is ridiculous

Agreed. AAC ones are nice but way overpriced. I'm waiting for these.

I know you guys sell some of the lights from AAC on your site. Are these AAC's sidemarkers you guys are going to sell or are these some that you are getting made independently? Just wondering. I know alot of folks love AAC's lights/products and I have their color shift halos and love them but alot of folks reported a lot of problems with AAC's sidemarkers. That's why I'm asking. Just curious.

I have AAC's side marks already..But I like how yours lines up, up top with the bumper line.

I would make the switch for that reason alone, if you keep it like that.

The final product will definitely look like the pics you see. We agree, it does flow nicely following the bumper line.
