I would say 295 is the max for the stock rear rim. Even that's pushing it a bit.

I just installed 295s yesterday, its not pushing it at all!!!! They fit the rim perfect... they should have came like that. There is NO buldge and they look way awesome from the back! I would put 305 DRs on my stock rim and never look back after seeing the 295s on here. Anyone trying to decide on tires the 295s are perfect, the 275 is just to small! DO IT!

Yeah, I just had the conti dws's installed with the rears being 295's. I like it but I wouldnt go any wider on the stock rim.

No I`m not sure, just assuming that OP had their facts correct but yes your right they also looked pretty narrow to me also for being a 315.
