This was probably the wrong forum to respond in but I never said anything negatively about BFE or any other manufacturer. I was simply stating my opinion from reading a handful of threads, most of which were about OBX. I don't know where BFE headers are made and if they are USA made and developed then I support them. Like I said I may be in the wrong forum and for that I appologize.

No sweat Dan... The pipes are bent welded and polished right here in Houston... I saw a set on Friday and they are solid... If I didn't already have some on this would be my choice.
I'm going chrome with a lot of stuff on my car (including the Showstopper goodies I'll be putting on tomorrow evening) and these BFE headers would fit right in... |

Hey guys i am new to this forum but i am not new to Cold Fusion Nitrous or BFE Exhaust systems. I manage the hotrod department at Universal Technical Institute and i have been a Cold Fusion Nitrous dealer for the last 7 years and seen these guys go through there growing pains and ups and downs but they are a great group of people that have a wealth of technical knowledge between them. I was just at there shop and saw Kyle and the rest of there crew hand welding the headers together. The headers look great, they are 304 polished stainless great welds by the crew, and i can guarantee that they are made here in Houston by BFE employees. If you guys by them, you will be getting a great product by a company that has great support for there customers and can back up what they say. GOOD JOB BFE!!!!!

Glad I saw this thread, the pricing on the Headers and X-pipe with cats is great! Also, it's 3" but comes with reducers to attach to my 2.5" axle back (will update later if I go FI or something).
I called a couple of vendors and they said two weeks on the X-pipe, so I know what I'll be getting in a couple weeks.

Cole,
Any update on when the Cats and X-pipe will be shipping? It's killing me to have these beautiful headers laying around waiting for the cats and X-pipe to become available so that I can do the install. Thanks. bbdmac |

Unless ARH can PROVE that their design was stolen, SHUT-UP!!!!! I can say personally after the SEMA show and talking with ARH guys, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Way too expensive and cocky. In fact while I was talking to someone from ARH company, they were bashing other exhaust companies. REALLY? let's get some sales experience. Nobody cares about your personal opinion AR, we care about performance, looks and most importantly PRICE. Let me just say, I saw ARH full system in person at SEMA and I guarantee there is no way they can justify $2,300.00.

with that price you get get a KOOK'S headers instead. and KOOK'S is a very reputable brand for exhaust products and proven to be one of the best headers for the Camaro. In fact not only for the Camaro but also for other muscle cars.
IMO KOOK'S is the best set of headers for the Camaro's. |

here the way i see it, ARH and kooks are the best IMO... but i have ALWAYS went with the better know brand . not allot of people are running big flow headers, idk why people would buy them if there is speculation about them in any way... i have learned in the past when every i go cheaper in the past i am never happy... and BTW nick from ARH is just speaking his thoughts about the product, and if nick from ARH has speculation about the product and ARH is a very respectable in the headers business then i would for sure take his advice.. |

Just FYI, set of BFE display headers on eBay for $525.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2010-...item2eb0c4e9b6 I'm only passing because I'd have to pay tax and the tuning price. |
