Went to book hotel room and was given discount, but extra taxes and fees were added to the total. Did anyone else pay $214.74 for there room? $50.00 for taxes and fees is just crazy.

Not that I ageee with the fee but that price sounds right as my one night was: Room $83.00 + Tax $24.37 = $107.37 so if I stayed two nights it would have been Room $166.00 + Tax $48.74 = $214.74 Not sure why the taxes are $24.37 a night? Mike

I haven't been involved with the hotel info, but i have made contact with the person handling that and asked them to doublecheck on this. Please continue book rooms and ask the hotel for an explanantion of fees as well if you're not sure.

I called the hotel and the taxes are 14% so one night should cost $94.62 cents a night, $189.24 for 2 nights. The hotel quotes you an additional fee of $12.75 cents a night service and incidental fee which will not be charged unless you use room service or another service that incures that extra cost. So ensure your final bill does not include that fee and you will only pay $189.24 for 2 nights. Hope this helps.
By the way there are 30 people with rooms booked as of today.
