My dad works high up in Avis Budget Group, and from what he knows they are going to be the only car rental company that offers the 2010 Camaro. They should have some Camaros on their lot by this May.

Yes just make sure you don't buy one lol.

There are some crazy things done to rental cars. And various stains...

Ok guys, I was asking about this exact thing last month. My wedding is on May 9th....the consensus here was there would be no way they would be at rental lots by then....now with this Moreno / Avis situation that could be a little different.

I went ahead and reserved a 'Vette ZHZ at Hertz, but my preference would certainly be a 5th-gen. Anyone know if the Houston area will get one by the 1st week in May?

The reason I ask is that I'm getting married in June and today my fiancee asked me what type of car we might want to rent for the day. I'd love to drive away in a classic Camaro or Vette (if there's a place around here to do so), but now that I think about it, how sweet would it be to drive away in a 2010?
Definitely. If you look here: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...com%2Fkml.aspx

Look in the California area and you'll see Avid has already been assigned one.
