BTW, I bet you didn't know that the 93 Cobra was my favorite Stang of all time.

My old room mate had a 93 5.0HO and sold that for the Cobra. One of the most incredible cars I've ever driven. Much respect for them.

But....as far as this thread goes, I see the direction it's headed in. Deleted posts? Yup. I don't want to see it continue to name calling. If you do, fine...we can go there. I'd rather not go that route. I think that's fair.
Fair enough, no harm no foul right?

Had a '65 mustang convertible and a '69 fastback and absolutely loved them. The only mustangs I would own, but love my Camaro much more.

Feel free to delete this thread whenever, who would have thought there would be such hostility.

That's cool.

That's what his was...triple black. He sold it in.....98? I think? To a guy in Del Rio. Then he picked up a 97 Z28. The Stang is what got me hooked on speed. The Z28 is what got me hooked on Camaros and wanting my own. It was forest green with tan interior. Still...I would have taken that Cobra over the Z28. It had a Macintosh stereo (or just amps) in it...holy SHEET. It rocked. We did about 130 all the way back to San Antonio from Kerville at about 3am one morning. That was a FAST trip.

...and I don't mean any disrespect to you or the OP when deleting posts. In all seriousness, I'm just trying to keep the peace. So, ...

All good.

And you lived to tell about it! HA HA Have made several power runs like that in my '69 Camaro in my previous life. That car would cruise comfortably at 140 no problem. I can't wait for the new wheels to arrive (soon). Thanks for keeping the threads above board Tag! It is so much nicer when people play nice.
