I am by no means Rich in money but what I do have is a very smart wife who can budget our money to have nice things.

Just a 2-year degree for me in CAD for me so far from wealthy, but a great job for one of the biggest aerospace companies in the world made up for that. And a Camaro is a lot cheaper than a Cessna... but they pay for me to go back to school all the way to a doctorate if I want it (which in engineering means a pretty healthy paycheck!), so the Cessna and the weekend driver Corvette will come sooner or later.

Retired with a 1 SS from the $ for unused vacation and sick time accumulated when I retired.

Rich is a relative term.
Most average responsible wage earners can own any car they want, if they manage money in a way that reaches that goal.
