They stopped making the 4th gen, the concept was badass and they would be out right after I graduated college.

I grew up on GM cars and trucks. My father drove dump trucks for a living. All Chevrolets and GMCs. As a young kid I remember my father having this bad a$$ 62 Impala.
There is nothing on the road that turns heads like the Gen 5 Camaro. Let's hope the GM guys keep up the good work and design more cars with the style and flare of the New Camaro. No more Aztecs. lol

Movies. Better off Dead had the bad a** 1st Gen Camaro that I wanted when I was growing up. Fast forward to Transformers that coincided with a mid-life crisis. Viola. My Camaro is on order.

have had camaros since i started driving in 1996 starting with my 72 camaro ss . back in 2002 i got my 93 z28 they stopped making them. talking to a freind in 2003 about the new thing gm was working on , wouldnt tell me exactly but said it would take camaros place and something would be made public in 2006 as a concept. the day i seen the silver and red concept cars i knew the day they were released i would have one. and the rest as they say is history!

Had a nice 97' Vette and it laid down 355 RWHP with just simple bolt on stuff. I was kinda hooked on LS motors/vehicles after that! Had to get a Camaro when they came out, all though I wasn't crazy about how they looked when they hit the scene! I love my 5th Gen now!!!!

Seeing it on the screen sealed it. Was always a Chevy guy and loved the old school Camaros, when this one came out I knew I had to have it.

Always loved Corvettes and Camaros but the el Camino suited my lifestyle best. Had 2 of them. Was weaned on Chevy, my older brother had 3 57 belairs (2 parts cars and one very fine hot rod), and a 60 model Impala, and my granddad had a 58 Biscayne. When the concept Camaro came out I was pretty interested, but then forgot about the Camaro coming out until...
I stopped in at Appleway Chevrolet to see what I might get for my Cobalt in trade, meybe a hhr or equinox, and spotted Trigger's bold stance beckoned me to come hither, that IBM glittered in the sun reminding me of my long lost Harley all blue and silver.
The salesman saw my slack-jawed stare at the Camaro and brightly asked me "Ya wanna drive it?"
"Hell yeah!"
This car wrapped around me and got in my soul like a kid glove and a lover all in one. I couldn't NOT drive it home!
The rest is history.

And now im a proud owner. next one on my list might be a vert Z28. Already told fiance if she wants her Range Rover, we'll do it but i will be getting my 3rd Camaro Also. Chevy for life
