The Kenne Bell is dead sexy. I want to get one, but I have a amazing deal on a maggie that I won't be able to get with the KB so I will just have to suck it up and go with the maggie, I'm sure I'll be happy with it!

afm is junk, got mine tuned out. I wouldn't worry about replacing the lifters right away, but It would definitely be on my list of mods.

No, the AFM must be tuned out, however, leave the VVT alone. Set shift points at 6200rpm for stock internals, along w/ a good tune and you are golden.

Not sure why you think that. I really like the KB also. It came down to Whipple and KB for me. Mty final decsion for the Whipple was one purely on the fact that I wanted a front inlet blower, other than that I felt either would be perfect for what I was trying to accomplish.

i totally agree whipple is the best because has the highst power output of any supercharger for camaro on the market but, it easier to work on the LS superchargers from chevorlet because they are more compatible for the ls3 engines

This is a very old thread revived from the Dead and there are New Players in the Field Like SLP which we really like along With the Whipple and Edelbrock, Vortech and Paxton.
