black will be the most popular.

my choice ; synergy green with the hood completely flat black ,more like the LS7 camaro prototype, paint scheme.

Only if you mix it with green. Big difference.

Personally, and IMO of course, I think the lack of produced units hurt ABM more than anything else, kind of a catch 22. You need to see the color in person to get a good idea of how it actually looks (which IMO is AWESOME) on a Camaro. But since few people were willing to take a risk on something as Major as the color of their new car, it never had a chance to grow in popularity. I still think it is my favorite 5th gen color so far.

If not ABM, how about a nice "heritage" color like the medium blue metallic from the IROC's?

Alright, I'll let the cat outta the bag with my choice. I would choose CGM again. But I would have the Mohawk and corresponding stripe on the roof/trunk painted the color blue that is in the ZR1 logo. Photoshop guys; can you make it happen? I got dibs on this combo.

I'd like to see a lighter blue offered on the ZL1 (or any Camaro actually) than Imperial Blue. Anything......Le Mans Blue, Aqua Blue, Jetstream Blue, Nassau Blue, even Supersonic Blue. Imperial Blue just doesn't do it for me. It's way too dark in my opinion (almost black) and hides too many of the lines of the 5th Gen.

Agreed. With all the units that were pre-ordered it's no surprise that ABM wasn't in demand at the beginning considering how the computer representation looked like TOTAL ASS . I think that once people started seeing them in person, they started selling. I'd be real curious to see some production numbers of ABM broken down by month.

I admit, it wasn't until I saw one in the "wild" so to speak, that I started to love the color.Even on other Chevy vehicles the color did not pop like it did on the sharply creased Camaro.

This color....Lemans Blue.....but add some metallic flakes; Make it an extra cost color (if necessary) in order for it to be offered more than one year!

Another for a dark met green.
aka hunter, forest, rally, british racing, a classy dark color that would look good with white accents.

I would really like to see something similar to ABM, Jetstream Blue, or Lemans Blue.

To be perfectly honest the best blue that GM ever produced was only run for 2 years as far as I can tell and it was only availible on the Corvette....Electron Blue Metallic. LeMans Blue Metallic is a great color, but EBM was hands down the best.

NBM was way too dark and drab for my taste, ABM has too much green as someone above mentioned, JSB was nice but just not my shade, and IBM almost looks purple.

In my very modest opinion they have not come out with anything comparable since 2002-2003 in the sporty blue category that really captivates my interests...which sounds as though others feel the same way.

The other side to this is that when people by a muscle car they really want to be seen and either pick bright colors like red, yellow or orange or they go for black to look sinister.

This is just one mans opinion but if they came back with an EBM I would flip.

That is a very nice blue! Reminds me of Stryker blue which is also a favorite of mine.
