hey did you notice much of a difference when you added the bmr trailing arms? are they worth it?

My butt tells me yes, that it helped hook up. But I have no empirical way of measuring that.

He was running the 1/8th: 7.368 @ 92.52 with a 1.574 sixty. He did redlight a bit though, and I was running the 1/4.

I have not experienced wheel hop. The automatic transmission allows a little more play, where as the manuals really need the help with wheel hop.

JusticePete says: Sub-frame bush inserts, radius and toe link bushes are the essential bits. As important if not more so is your alignment. You want to get the rear wheels as square to the pavement as possible with minimal negative rear camber. These mods address wheel hop allowing you to launch harder.

He adds that trailing arms are last on that list. Search for "wheel hop" and anything by our friend JusticePete (from Pedders) on the topic.

Next time I'm down that way I'll come check out your shop. And I still race in Steele nowadays, mostly on Sunday afternoons, so let me know if you're headed out that way.
