well, im deployed with the army, i WOULD like to get to drive my car when i come home on R&R in jun but if i cant then the wait really isnt gonna kill me

Looks like Rick Hendrick pulled a fast one on you for his own good. I don't know how dealers get away with that. You give them a good faith deposit and sold order and they stick you by bumping you back. Just remember that when you get their CSI survey. That's the only way to get back at them if you got screwed (which you did).

Well in all fairness lets apply some logic to this. Oct. 14 is WAY before the Barret-Jackson auction. So Rick hadn't won the bidding for the FIRST car yet. So now Jan rolls around and he wins the Auction do you think GM wants the VIN 0001 car to be 10th in line? Would that be good press? "NASCAR star pays $375K to have his car in September".
