No problem on the pics. I also have video, not sure how good it is, but as soon as I figure out how to get it off this new camera and on to Youtube - ill post the link. I am assuming Youtube is the best way to get it on the net? Sorry - I am way behind in the computer/video/net arena (4 kids will do that to you).

The new pics are just amazing! It's actually giving me hard time sleeping now. I can't wait for the launch! The downside on my pre-order is automatic. I just didn't learn manual.

yes 2ss not 2ss/rs skyman,+ the RS option adds the painted roof moldings among other things

You did a great job on the pics. Nicely clear and very close up. I've now seen the inside of the car the best I ever have thanks to your posts. I like almost everything about the inside. The only thing that bothers me a little is that the driver's side seat looks like someone has been sitting in it for many many miles. Maybe they will cinch up after sitting awhile w/o a driver. But nonetheless, the car is rockin'.

Thank you for your time in posting here for all us.

Question: What's the point of the feature that opens up the window when you open the door and then closes it once the door is closed?

Car is beautiful. Love all the SS emblems they have on the wheel, by the tac, etc.

SORRY - One more thing - the vent on the front of the hood is not funtional - at least not on this car. It was not open - it was a solid black peice of plastic as an insert.

I heard the BA stereo on a 2LT in Jacksonville and was impressed with the quality. It's definitely solid.

This is a 2SS. The colored moldings are included with the RS package only.

wierd so are we or are we not getting them, ive seen with them as a
stamped ss and now this ones silver, and with none, any insight>
I'm fairly certain this is consistent with other recent cars so it's likely this will be the same in production.

The gauge pack is included on the 2LT and 2SS only. It can be installed by a dealer later on other models.

Yea, leather and gauge pack are giveaways for it being a 2SS.

I think it's to prevent the glass from excessive stress from banging on the door jam when it's closed.

I think the idea behind the window "cracking" itself a 1/2 inch is to releave pressure in the car so the door closes solid, then the window closes itself.

Darn wrong again a "K" would be a 2SS/RS, "T" should be for the 2SS
So 2G1FT1EW?A9??????

Sure would like to know if the "T" is used in this car's VINnumber.

that allows the air pressure inside the cabin to escape, so you don't have windows w/o a frame around them being forced out by the air when you close the door.
