I just saw one yesterday!!! So gorgeous!!

It was in a dealer lot. Proudly parked out front for all to see...surrounded by Cruzes, Camaro coupes, some Corvettes...and a VOLT!!

I almost ran the redlight at the corner the dealer sits on because of that eye-candy.

Nice, Steve Moore can be a pain for sure. Good job on your part not giving into their BS.

Great! Welcome to the Club!

I actually ended up buying a Silverado from Andy at City Chevy as well. If you are in Charlotte and interested in the Blue vert, it has not been claimed yet. 2SS Manual, I believe... PM me for Andy's contact info.

I still have not seen one on the Road (Remorse, you need to drive around more) but that is now the 4th one I've seen at the dealership.
Congrats!

I have about 550 miles on it already. Driving back and forth from the coliseum area to Blakeny every day.....and of course a few weekend trips to Autozone for supplies.

Bought mine from Patricia Tate. She's kept me up to date all the way. Originally ordered same car from Burns in Gaffney, SC. BAD MOVE. They didn't have an allocation. The owner took my order, knowing they would never get it! I lot 3 weeks because of them!

That is too funny! I went through the same thing with them. I left out the Burns part to keep my story short and as to not ramble.... In between Steve Moore and City, I went to Burns and got the run around. I was interested in them only to save the doc fee. After 3 weeks of excuses, I realized that I was being toyed with and they may not ever get an allocation. The $500 doc fee that I paid at City was the best $500 I have ever spent. They are class acts there. They really ARE a high volume dealer even though every dealer claims to be. Plenty of allocation and knowledgable staff. My only complaint was Andy not being able to get me the rail car #. Not that big of a deal. I would recommend them to anyone......and I don't do that lightly.

Burns even knocked $2000 off the price AND thru in the Painted engine cover! I thought I had it made. But he did return my deposit without any hassle. I told him to cancel the order, but he said no. He's trying to get a convertible for his dealership. My order number with him was PKSDSC. Try tracking it! Can't wait to drive mine to his dealership!

City Chevy has the hook up as far as allocations in Charlotte... may have a bit to do with Rick Hendrick's deep pockets!

Was at City Chevrolet last month, just browsing (dreaming). Rick Hendricks verts had just arrived. Dale JR's red vert was on the showroom floor. The second, third and forth verts off the assembly line! The first is in GM's hands.

Nice ride M&M. I believe that is the first IBM vert that I have seen. Very nice.

I believe the "right to buy" the first "publicly offered" vert was sold at Barrett Jackson for a cool $205k....if I remember right. I believe this is actually the 2nd vert off the line and you are right that GM is holding #1......hence not "publicly offered".

Rick Hendrick was the winning bidder at Barrett Jackson for both the convertible AND the first coupe. Must be nice to be rich.

They never gave me an order number but they said that they would have allocation by the first week of February AT THE LATEST. Looking at your history, that doesn't appear to be the case. Maybe we should meet up and drive into Burns together. Thats the only way they will see a vert on the property.

Indeed! Did you see the supercharged coupe on the showroom floor? I think they were asking 65k for it. Seemed a bit high.

Mine should be here this week. We'll have to do that! Sam Burn's butt-hole would draw-up when we pulled on the lot! Yeah, a little high for a Camaro with a supercharger on it. It's because it has Rick Hendrick name on it. Just wait till fall and get a factory supercharged Camaro ZL1 for $50k.
