If you have a PC, these are directions (as given by another member)

Push print screen, paste into paint , save as a jpeg image, upload

if it's a mac, hit apple icon-shift-3.
(On Mac, which I have, will see "Picture one" file show up on desktop (after hearing clicking camera sound)-move that into pictures file, and upload)
