Dealer has agreed to invoice for the car. I am hesitantly happy. It was to quick.

So this discount is to a certain number, right? For example, I am looking at an 11 2ss with options, and its:

Msrp: 38195
Preferred: 37050ish
Dealer priced it to me at: 35999

So if it get a better offer, its not like a combinable discount is it?
Or is it just if I negotiate better, then I loose the prefered?

these are for 2012 models only, not 2011.

Right, sorry. But I have GM preferred pricing and it applies to 11s as well, just not these exact figures from the 2012 guide.

My question was about if the a better price usurps the preferred price or if the preferred price is a actual dollar amount that can be applied after the best deal is made...
