I'm just getting the 1SS. I just don't see anything in the 2SS to justify adding 10% to the cost of the car. I'd rather use the money for aftermarket upgrades.

I'm going with the 1ss. I went to chevy.com and looked at all the exterior packages you get with the 2ss and I wouldn't want any of them anyway. I'd take the cloth seats any day. I sat in them at a recent auto show and they were great, form fitting. I have leather in another vehicle I own and I would choose the cloth. Your paying 5k maybe more after thursday and I don't see what for. But looks like I'm the minority here when it comes to that. 1ss all the way!

You might think about saving more for a bigger down payment to offset the difference if that is going to make it easier on you. I'm waiting at least a year so I can see the Convertibles first and also so I can save up at least 50% of the price of the car if not more. I will be getting the 2SS for sure and still deciding on the rims.

After Playing with the build your own I got a car that I liked up to 42k...there is no way I want to finance anything close to that. I want to be able to still enjoy the car when gas prices go back up to 4 dollars a gallon. Lets face it they will eventually.

You won't regret buying the best that is out there, but you will always wonder what it would have been like if you didn't.
