Corona and Red Stripe are other beers I enjoy.
Absolutely my favorite summer beer to just sit and relax.
Fall is all about Guinness though.

That!

I'm surprised with all the Texans on here we haven't heard from the Shiner Bock drinkers!

Some advice - don't drink Baltica of any sort!

"Genny" is the most PURE BEER taste that I know of. It is exactly dead center middle of the beer taste spectrum if that makes sense. Many beer drinkers will find it booring because of what it isn't but that is exactly why it is special. Not too strong, not too weak and not lilly gilded with extra flavor deviation. I love all kinds of beer but everything else is going to be more or less in some other direction.

Some times less is more.

Now THIS is my kind of thread!

I love the dark thick stuff, Guiness, Newcastle, Boddingtons, Murphy's is also good. And to a lighter extend Kilkenny Cream Ale. I was in Houston once and went to a place called The Yard House, they had a FANTASTIC chocolate stout. I drank enough of those to lose count haha. We also had alot of that Shiner Bock and Dogfish Head. I enjoyed those as well.

Now if we're talkin' chill out on a patio in summer heat, a nice cold Rickards White is very refreshing. Unfiltered, nice citrus orange flavour. Or the Mexican bulldog haha a margarita with an upside down corona bottle in it. Not the best tasting, but you'll forget about the heat!

I've been weaning myself off the generic fizzy yellow beers lately. But when it's time to get greasy, definitely gotta go with the green diesel, Molson Pilsner. Great Western (the brewer that Tiesun mentioned) makes a good Pil as well. That's hockey watchin' beer, get good and rowdy on it haha.

I used to love Boulevard Wheat

before I moved east. They only distribute as far as the mississippi and they're based in Kansas.

Other than that my tastes vary. One beer I love that some hate is the Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat

I drink pretty much anything else except Pale Ales (unless I can afford only one beer and I want to get a buzz), and Keystone Light.

I'm a fan of Guiness and most stouts as well.

You fellahs all have some great beers and ales to recommend, I've tried and enjoyed nearly all of them.

Have ya' tasted Hoe Garden? It's good, and it's name is bloody highly memorable, even if I took a small liberty with the spacing of letters!

Ah, you are a true imbiber of what many would call the nectar of the gods.

Good ol' Dionysius knew a tasty brew or vintage when he saw it, eh?

I got hooked on it when I was stationed over seas!

I actively search for it on tap whenever I move....
