I say the light flashing can be swapped out for waving. I've seen both but most people where I live take flashing highbeams as "there's a speed trap up the street!"

That's not true. I see it happen all the time in the RS. To warm up to full intensity may take some time but they can flash out more than enough light to be visible by pulling the stick back quickly. If what you are saying was actually true there would be no point of putting a flash to pass feature in the RS.

All the camaro and firebird ppl I wave or honk at, the women never wave or honk back like they are just staring off into space or dont care

I disagree because of your *exception to mods. That camaro, without the 26" rims or whatever, is a beautiful vehicle. Fact. Its better than many other modded vehicles on here and worth more. I hate to even say racism but I'm convinced thats what some people are judging that vehicle on.

Until thats removed, I disagree.
