I understand letting some people drive it. My best friend and my brother are the only 2 people I've let drive it because they are really the only ones I know that know how to drive stick. But someone at work... no.

The only people I've let drive are:

-My dad the day I bought it, he helped me find the car. And he's 56 and never got to own a muscle car when he was a kid. Always had Jeeps/Trucks. The permagrin on his face was pretty satisfying!

-I had to get a little body work done so I dropped my car off at my parents and took my mom's truck, she took my car in the next day cause the shop is on the indian reservation (not cause I'm racist, but because it actually is a bad place to leave a nice car overnight)
-My best friend/roommate, DDing for me after a staff party. I let him race a riced out Civic and Saturn, that was pretty fun!
-My girlfriend has only ever driven it when I was drunk and in the car. She hit my truck backing out of the driveway once so I won't let her take it alone. One day when I came back from working out of town I think the driver seat was in a different position though

as for co-workers, I think there are only a couple people I've worked with that I would ever let drive, and they are kinda like brothers to me now. All the guys I work with know I love and baby my car so they don't bother asking!

I've let most of my friends and all my roommates drive my V6...but I doubt many will drive the SS cause most don't know how to drive a manual.

I work with teachers who drive minivans and SUVs.

Everyone else I know drives Mustangs and say they wouldn't be caught dead in my car (in good fun, they really like my car and like giving me a hard time about my car)...lol..

I don't like for people to drive my car because I can never get the seat adjusted back to the way I like it.
