Kerbeck are a bunch of crooks they wanted 5k over MSRP for the v8 and 2k over for the v6. And they wanted a 10k deposit...So I went down the road and ordered from Bennett Chevrolet instead

Make sure you get the price in writing, no open items. Also a price increase protection so if the price goes up, you get it at the price they write you up for.
(Yes, I know there was a cut off date Mar 16 for price protection, but in light of what happened to you, ask for it, otherwise its an automatic NO).

No disrespect to the OP. I would hope most people would put their family/people before a car.
They still have a responsibility to do their job. If he can't do it, which I can understand here, he should have had someone else help him out while he is away.

Edit: Sounds like doing his job was just giving the order the order guy. Wow, how hard could that be. This is lame
all around. I wouldn't buy anything from them.
