I just got off the phone with PenFed after being approved for both my Camaro at 100% and the balance of my Harley.

My rates? 3.99% 60 months Camaro, Refi Harley at 6.49% for 36 months (old rate 9.80%)

Was approved in 36 hours.

My revolving accounts total 9% of debt, mortgage $1285 Credit scores 733-767. One motorcycle loan $423. Just in case you guys need a reference on qualifications.

The customer service was AWESOME! Check for bike being mailed today, Camaro check when I get a VIN.

GO TO PENFED!!!!!!

3.99 for 60
4.74 for 72 seems like the lows.Local credit unions seem to be pretty good.gmac will be 7.99 for credit score of 720.

When did you purchase the corvette or camaro? 5.9 is not usually available onyour sports cars through gm.

I have seen alot of 60 - 72 month quotes; however, if you are having to look longer term (as I am) the below is being offered.

Arsenal Credit Union (Arnold, MO) http://www.arsenalcu.org/
83 Months 5.7% - 5.9% (depending upon credit score).
Must have a min. FICO of 630 to qualify

Home equity loan???
So if I have negative equity in my house does that mean the bank will pay me to buy a Camaro?

Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PENFED) does 3.99 for 60 months

Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union is doing 3.7 right now....don't know loan term....probably 60 months.

For both of these loans, you must be a member....not a big deal....easy to get done.

However, I'm going to go w/ RBFCU and get all set up and approved. When it comes time, I'm calling USAA offering them the opportunity to pick up my loan (since everything I do is with USAA and we've been a member with them for over 12 years). If USAA does not match, I'm going to be PISSED OFF!!!
Same here, longtime USAA member...they actually called me recently letting me know they dropped their rate to 5.24...I told them about RBFCU, PENFED and other that are below 4%.....I told them they have to match those rates if they want my car loan....we will see.
