Car is being rebuilt now. Almost finished.
Read the story. Blew up first motor installing whipple.
Shop had a motor to put in the car as replacement.
They failed to say it was already screwed up.

Odd.

I often like to let someone massively fail and then go back and let it happen again and then go back and let it happen again.

And not have pics readily available.

Little more info would be more helpful to make you not look like you have a smear agenda.

I've known Tim for a long time and I've only known him to be knowledgeable and straight forward.

Why no more info???

Was the second motor used? and how do you blow up a motor "installing" a whipple?

how many miles did you put on the second motor before you took it to another shop to get the 3rd installed?

Something isn't adding up...

Car went to T&T for whipple install and additonal upgrades.
Was suppose to be done in 1 week. { I put all this in the first post}
Never heard from T&T during the work being performed.
Was in florida with terninally ill uncle and 4 kids at disney.
Came back to MD went strait to T&T performance to check on car.
Motor was blown. Will post pics after approval from counsel.
Tim had another ls3 that supposedly came from another 2010 ss.
That motor ran but was severly damaged internally. 2nd motor.

Car is being built from ground up at another shop on this forum that is highly reputable.
Look at the pics.
Thats the 3rd motor.

So, you weren't there when the first motor "blew up" after the whipple install...

was it a tune problem or a mechanical problem...

So the second motor was a used motor... and you knew that... How many miles did you put on that motor before it "blew up"???

How did it blow up... were you driving to work or was it at the track? Is your "reputable shop" in agreement with you? Did they say that it was a bad build?

Seems to me like you should have an easy time verifying your story...

Installed the blower incorrectly. Hack job would be the kindest thing I could say. They do not stand behind there work.

Is THIS the story?

I guess I'm confused here. You refer to it as if we have this detailed story with pics. If you have them somewhere else how bout referencing them. Until then you are just ranting with no substance.

OK... Look you have every right to complain about a vendor here. But that doesn't mean you can post a thread in every sub forum. If you have a complaint post it here. I've merged your threads in to one...

I am not regular at posting.
I mainly just read and move on. It wasn't intentional to create havic. I posted in the local section and in the forced induction. Topics that are directedly related to this. So I thought.
I posted because for months now. Tim and T&T said they were gonna settle with me.
He hasn't done it and I don't want anybody else to go throgh what I am going thorugh. Not sure how easily it is for you folks to part with $25,000 But for me. Thats a lot of loot. And to do it all again at another shop. Thats why I finaly posted. And if I can prevent somebody else from having an issue. So be it.
And once I figure out how to post the pics, I will do so.
