I can understand the rim's - the heritage would make perfect winter wheels w/ some snow tires on them. The 20" would be perfect for summer to fall & then sell them after the lease is up.

I disagree. He/She can still love the car.

We leased our Sienna at 0% (well...00001%), and then bought it out near the end of the lease. It was cheaper overall that way since interest was basically 0 in the begining. That's why we leased a car.

Look at the Chevy website.... I see a $259/month 39 month lease deal (albeit a larger down payment). Autotrader has many dealers with lease options. Most of the lease deals I seen where for 1LS's though. I personally don't like the idea of leasing however. Never would feel like it was my vehicle plus the restrictions that come along with it. Kinda like renting a home, you're paying all this money and it's never truly yours. I personally always finance but whatever works for you and feels more comfortable to you. I'm sure there's people on here that would bulk at financing even, to each and their own.

But anyway, enjoy the new Camaro! And I also love my V6. I like driving my V6 Camaro more than my supercharged V8 Lightning!

I leased in the 90's. Normal wear and tear is allowed. Paint chips and dings are not held against you.

The good thing is you can finance the (pre-determined) value of the car when the lease is over. Hopefully for you, you noticed what that was.

If you decide to keep it at the end of the lease and finance it for another four years, you essentially took 7 years to buy it with payments that were easier for you to handle.

Nothing wrong with leasing that way. Otherwise, if you just lease and return it, yeah you are just renting a car for 3 years and will have nothing to show for it.

Camaro's for me are kinda like boobs, no matter how many I see I can always stand to see another. I know I know, I have issues.

You can start with the lease and buy it out at the end and if you know that is what you are going to do, you don't have to worry about the mileage.
Great way to to get a payment down.

Be prepared to buy it after the lease is up because you will love it.

I'd actually like to see a completely paintless Camaro
