Consider this: If GM says it has been delivered and your dealer is telling you nothing, the dealer probably took delivery and sold the car out from under you to someone else.......it has happened to others.

Car on hold yet again. GM WTF?

WTF ?

My car, 2G1FT1EW6A9101080 (and many others in the same "series" (whatever that means!) is on hold for a quality control reason (Found this out yesterday). What's the reason? NOBODY FRAKIN' KNOWS! They were supposed to call me back this morning with an update but they didn't.

"Failed Inspection". Failed what exactly? Can I change the part? Bad paint job? Did the GD Wheels fall off? "We do not know" is their defacto answer.

I am now considering canceling my order. I am so pissed off at GM right now that the thrill of getting my new cammy is fleeting fast. Yes I know its a new car and yes its in demand and hard to get blah blah blah. but when you plot down a $20k+ deposit the customer deserves just a little frackin' more than a "We don't know F-All" answer.

I'm giving them until Tuesday the 19th to either deliver my car or tell me where it is. If I don't get either I'm canceling the order and buying something else. Seriously this is F'in B.S.

If you're going to continue to call the Camaro "Cammy", then yes, please cancel your order. You put down a $20k deposit? BWAHAHAHAHA!! Why?

would you rather have then hold your car up in inspection, or get it and find out that something's wrong with it? nothing's perfect dude. they're not going to churn out all these cars and not run into any problems. calm down and wait for your car. some of us will be waiting YEARS for our Camaro's because we can't afford them yet (damn college). but if an inspection hold up is enough to convince you to cancel a guaranteed car, then so be it

Calling a Camaro a "Cammy" is almost as bad as calling your country a.........now what would go there?!?!?

Ya, Cammy or Maro, really guys, lets grow up!!

I'd be pissed too about the inspection. Sure let it FAIL before you get it but at least let the customer know whats wrong and when it will be fixed or reordered. but wait, that would be called communication, DUH!!! what was I thinking!!
